1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms: "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to StackBytes GmbH, Haarwiesenstraße 18, 73054 Eislingen."Service" refers to the Lifebound Application."You" means the individual accessing or using the Service.

2. Acknowledgment & Eligibility

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service. By accessing the App, You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service without parental consent. Your access is also conditioned on Your acceptance of Our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Lifebound is a subscription-only service.

  • Billing: Handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24h before expiry.
  • Refunds: Managed exclusively by the Application Store providers.

4. Lifetime License (Disclaimer)

If the Company offers a "Lifetime" purchase option, this refers to thelifetime of the Service, not the user. The Company reserves the right to discontinue the Service at its sole discretion. In such an event, Your license will terminate without a right to a refund.

5. Medical & Results Disclaimer

Lifebound provides tools for self-improvement. We do not provide medical advice. The App is not a substitute for professional health care. We make no guarantees regarding specific life results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's entire liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service. In no event shall We be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

7. United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The laws of Germany shall govern these Terms. If You have any dispute, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting StackBytes GmbH. The place of jurisdiction is Eislingen, Germany.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice.
